Justyna Tasic is a sustainability analyst for European Fixed Income, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Dr. Tasic is responsible for design and improvement of data-driven ESG methodology, management of technological systems supporting ESG analyses, assessment of corporate and sovereign issuers and provision of investment recommendations.

Dr. Tasic has over 10 years of sustainability and resilience expertise as well as extensive experience in data modelling and analysis. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, she was a principal investigator in a research project focused on governance of resilient energy transition at Delft University of Technology. Before that, she was a research associate at Singapore-ETH Centre for Global Environmental Sustainability working on a social resilience study. She published several scientific articles on organisational resilience, crisis management and critical infrastructure systems. For her excellent work, she received Young Talent Award by Resilience Engineering Association, and Marie-Curie Grant co-funded by European Commission. Dr. Tasic joined Franklin Templeton in 2022.

Justyna Tasic holds a doctoral degree in resilience studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and bachelor's and master's degree in spatial economy from Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan. During her studies, she participated in academic exchange programs in Spain and Slovenia, and presented her work on international conferences in USA, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and Switzerland, among others.
