The Fund will invest in Investment Funds managed by Franklin Templeton Investments entities as well as other asset managers, which invest in worldwide equities. The Fund will primarily invest directly or indirectly in equities or equity related securities. On an ancillary basis, the Fund may invest directly or indirectly in debt securities, money market instruments or deposits.
